COVID 19 Update Tues­day 2 April 2020

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF UX LONDON 2020?

In these unprece­dent­ed times and as cir­cum­stances are chang­ing dai­ly we are of course close­ly mon­i­tor­ing the sit­u­a­tion with COVID-19

We had hoped to be able to do a live event in 2020 but it’s increas­ing­ly like­ly the uncer­tain­ty will con­tin­ue for a few months. With that, we’re delight­ed to announce that we’ll be host­ing UX Lon­don in May 2021. We’re in reg­u­lar con­tact with our venue and they’ll be con­firm­ing dates with­in the com­ing weeks. We will of course keep in touch with all our atten­dees on a reg­u­lar basis to update on the dates. And we will be launch­ing tick­ets soon.

We are huge­ly pas­sion­ate about our events and our com­mu­ni­ty and work hard to make our events a seam­less expe­ri­ence. The cur­rent sit­u­a­tion requires that we piv­ot, we want to get it right, so we whole­heart­ed­ly appre­ci­ate your sup­port and patience while we work hard to get where we need to be.

NOW THE EVENT IS POSTPONED WILL MY TICKET STILL BE VALID?

Yes all tick­ets will be valid for the new dates.

WHEN WILL I KNOW ABOUT THE NEW DATES?

We will aim to give at least 9 months notice to allow atten­dees to make new trav­el plans. How­ev­er we will have to respond to the ongo­ing sit­u­a­tion with COVID-19 and ask for your patience as we plan how best to move for­ward in these unprece­dent­ed times. 

CAN I GET A REFUND IF THE EVENT IS POSTPONED?

As per our T&Cs as the event is being post­poned we aren’t refund­ing tick­ets. Any ques­tions about this please do get in touch with events@​clearleft.​com 

WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE THE NEW DATES?

We could look to to re-sell your tick­et if you can’t make the new dates. Do let us know and we can put your tick­et back on sale when we launch UX Lon­don 2021
